After inadvertently saving the life of a notorious mobster, they are catapulted to the spotlight for this act (and other favors). Their new popularity pulls them into a new world of drugs and alcohol and the fledging movie industry shows and interest in the three girls.
It spells success for the girls as they make a big splash in the Zeigfield Follies. Diamonds recruits some of Capone’s men to take care if her problem with the small time gangster, Rocky. Now she’s free to latch onto the wealthy Baron that’s infatuated with her. Stella receives a marriage proposal from her "rich-daddy" while Bubbles finds out she’s pregnant just as she receives acclaim for her acting in Hollywood.
