The United States and the Soviet Union are now both gone. They were destroyed by their own greed. Now, Japan owns the world and everything in it. Everything, that is, but the Gaijin.

In this futuristic world, a group of operatives, some with enhanced abilities, must infiltrate a special security complex in order to retrieve a chip that could change the economic conditions of the world. When some of them are captured, the research department at CSC wants to modify them in the same way that the Nurukamis and the Kaiju, a true cyborg enhanced with interface with ah human operator.
