Stratopolis is a crime ridden city in the future that relies on men like Agent Purvis to keep the peace amongst all the different races (Earth's and others). But now Purvis gets saddled with a female rookie by the name of Dillinger and faces a group of Slummers who wait in ambush. He's had better days.
