Imagine a house. Some say it is alive and spawns off a steady steam of half-wits, blind children, and demented beauties our of its front door, and of course others say...it is simply a house.

A young girl named Church soon discovers the secret of the house as the old man she befriended dies and leaves the house to her. However, first she must deal with the wake...a wake of 100 years.

This is Playground, a one shot tale written by Kathryn Kuder and illustrated by Stuart Immonen. Playground offers a stylized look as Church enters the new and strange domain. she runs into bizarre characters and unusual situations as questions are asked and answers are answered...but what about the house?
