Saga of the Argosy

His name was the Walker and he fell from the stars.  it was a new world for him, full of romantic adventure, beauty, and danger.   He felt more alive than ever before.  A billion leagues he piloted din his time, but never beneath so deep a sky or so full a sale.  Instead of recycled artificial atmospheres, he smelled rain---wetted decking, rigging tar, and the sweat of daring men.

No long in his ears, the hum of electronic madness and the crackling of radio static voices.  Instead now, the bassoon bass rumbling of wood burning engines, the luff of canvas, and the shouts of lookouts.  He had traveled far and lost has way home...only to find himself, at last.

A wonderful mixture of ancient earth history mixed in with visitors from  another planet who come here and join in the epics that have spawned our epics.
